The BioSoft™ ear plug foam material provides the same fit and performance as conventional polyurethane or PVC materials, but with a far lower carbon footprint
This innovative technology not only reduces emissions during manufacturing, but it contains bio-based materials
making BioSoft™ more environmentally friendly at end of use
Biodegradeable - BioSoft™ ear plugs will decompose 76% in 180 days when tested in accordance with EN13432 in an aerobic environment (with air/oxygen present)
Traditional PU or PVC ear plugs will remain unchanged
Carbon Footprint - BioSoft™ ear plugs have a considerably lower Carbon footprint than traditional PU Foam earplugs
When tested per 10,000 pairs, traditional PU foam earplugs produce 44
47kg of CO2e compared with only 7
93kg for BioSoft™ - a reduction of over 82%
